Highest flexibility for packaging lines

The wide range of Christ's packaging systems, from cartoners to film packaging and palletising, can be flexibly adapted to different requirements, not least thanks to a high degree of modularity. Of course, this modularity also had to be incorporated into the HMI. At the heart of the new HMI are the modular interactive machine images, which allow assembly-oriented access to individual stations of a machine and also greatly simplify project planning for the individual modular machines.

Changing the view

3D representations (CAD data) realistically and clearly visualise components of the respective machine, for example in case of error messages or when setting up a machine. A distance view enables the user to quickly and clearly record the most important operating data even from a distance.

Project work

First of all, we revised the operating and navigation concept as well as the visual design using the FilmTeq 3030 packaging machine as an example. The new interface blends in harmoniously with the corporate design and the design of the operating panel. The result is a coherent, clearly comprehensible and structured overall impression. We visualised the concept and design in such a way that they can be easily transferred to all Christ packaging machines.
